Excerpt from Chandra's Scholarship Application:

"I want to attend this year’s conference because I’m passionate about instructional television. I believe fully in the benefits of using multimedia resources in the classroom. I earned a masters degree in theatre education and understand the value of using visual resources to enhance the learning experience. My goal is to combine my background with media resources and to offer in-services to schools and workshops for teachers, showcasing the combination of multimedia with hands on activities. In addition, I want to make sure we are providing the best possible programming for the schools we service in North Dakota, NW Minnesota and eastern Montana. I am new to Prairie Public Broadcasting and want to take every possible opportunity to gain knowledge about this work. We are limited in funding for our next fiscal year, so the scholarship to attend this year’s screenings would be greatly appreciated."

Excerpt from remarks at eMedia Screening:

"I am in awe of the amount of knowledge and expertise in this room.  Second, I am incredibly humbled by the legacy left behind by Mr. Walcoff. If I can even hope to achieve an eighth of what he did in his career, I will consider myself successful. Thank you for this honor."
