This series invites children to hear and learn a variety of songs selected from the best of our folk tradition, and encourages children to participate in rhythmic movement, creativity, careful listening, expressive singing, and the playing of simple instruments.  Musical concepts and instruments are skillfully introduced, so that children grow in musical confidence, and in their ability to enjoy music.
