| Life of tape audiovisual rights may be purchased for $1.00 per minute. GPN reserves the right not to grant off-air retention rights if the series has not been leased for a minimum of three years. Leasing agency agrees to notify shools of requirement to erase all copies recorded off-air upon termination of lease. |
All copies made under the duplication license must be erased of duplication license is not renewed in subsequent periods. Leasing agency agrees to notify schools of requirement to erase all copies made under duplication agreement. Schools may purchase life of tape retention rights for $1.00 per minute. |
