MULTI-AGENCY LEASE:
Base Rate, PLUS Student Rate (sum total of all agency(s); TIMES number of programs; PLUS additional fees, PLUS 25% per agency, LESS applicable discounts.
 Base Rates:
05 - min. programs = $35.00
10 - min. programs = $40.00
15 - min. programs = $50.00
20 - min. programs = $55.00
25 - min. programs = $60.00
30 - min. programs = $65.00
50 - min. programs = $85.00
60 - min. programs = $95.00

Student Rate:
$3.00 per 10,000 students up to 250,000 plus $1.50 for each additional 10,000 students or portion thereof
