eMedia 2005 is intended to provide a marketplace for content providers and
is designed to act as a conduit to potential users of educational media
content. eMedia 2005 is comprised of three distinct component: eMedia
online, eMedia DVD and the eMedia Market Showcase. eMedia Online will provide Program/Series Information and Distributor Policies & Pricing in three Online Notebooks, as well as online promotional preview clips available on the Instructional Television Marketplace website (www.itmonline.com) beginning August 1, 2005. Distributors may elect to have series included in two additional Online Notebooks (NMM and NAMTC) and/or enter a Presentation Information page. eMedia DVD will include: the distribution of previews on DVD by NETA to potential content users and offer a series of conference calls for Distributors and Buyers. |
eMedia Market Showcase will provide face to face interaction with
potential content users which will include time for one on one
discussions, a brief compressed distributors choice large room screening,
and professional development focused on integration techniques and
industry discussions. The Showcase is being planned for January 2006 and
will be scheduled in conjunction with the NETA Annual Conference eMedia 2005 submissions will feature new content (series or programs) available for distribution during the 2006-2007 academic school year; new single programs or continuation series; series with varying lengths, limited rights or limited supplemental materials; or distributor choice entries. Content Providers and Program Distributors who participate in eMedia 2005 must comply with all the stated policies in order to be eligible for entry. |

Distributor Entry form will be online June 1 and MUST by submitted by June 30, 2005. |

After confirmation of entry acceptance, an invoice will be
initiated June 30, 2005 by Harbison Learning Systems, Inc. and NETA.
Payment in full must be received by July 30, 2005 or participation in
eMedia 2005 will be denied. With the exception of the Distributor Entry Form, all information submitted online will be posted to the Instructional Technology Marketplace website (www.itmonline.com) and will not be edited or altered in any way except for formatting. Program Distributors must agree that if any changes are made to the DPP, program lengths, titles, sequence of programs or guide information, after August 1. they will update the corresponding online form in a timely manner and post a notification of those changes online. |
A signed Distributors Agreement Form authorizing the streaming of a two-minute clip from first video, printed from the Distributor Online Entry Form Index must be submitted by July 30, 2005 to Harbison Learning Systems, Inc.
